Christina has nearly 20 years of experience in training, technical assistance, strategic collaboration, policy implementation and leadership to advance transportation planning, programming, and decision-making across program areas. Christina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism (Minor in Marketing and Public Relations) as well as a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to joining CS, Christina served as a Transportation Industry Analyst for the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA), where she worked on the Corridor Identification Program and Railroad Crossing Elimination Program (RCE). Prior to this she worked at the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) where she led truck parking and freight workshops, developed training for transportation performance management and reviewed State Freight Plans.
