Rachel Copperman

Rachel has a demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team within the Analytics business line, strong technical expertise and a national reputation as a leader within the demand modeling industry. Since joining CS in 2008, Rachel has served in various leadership roles, including Office Director for our Austin office, National Practice Lead for Model Development, and Team Lead for a Demand Modeling team within Analytics. She also has led some of our most complex modeling projects across the country.

Danena Gaines

With over 15 years of experience leading numerous strategic multimodal transportation planning and policy initiatives, including federal, state and regional efforts, Danena is a highly sought-after technical resource for clients. She is known for delivering high-quality Strategic Highway Safety Plans and Transportation Safety Planning initiatives while being a thoughtful and proactive mentor to our junior staff.

Daniel Haake

Daniel Haake leverages over 21 years of experience to help clients navigate infrastructure and policy challenges to improve their quality of life and competitiveness in today’s global marketplace, leading planning initiatives in 30 states and four countries. Dan also chairs two Transportation Research Board committees and led several initiatives for the American Planning Association, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the National Academies.

Elaine McKenzie

Elaine is an outstanding manager, mentor and communicator who is a powerful presence and an ambassador for CS and the industry. She has led or supported a range of strategic multimodal transportation planning and policy activities and served as a key technical resource within the CS Freight and Economics practice area. Elaine is a champion of CS’ culture and values; her staff and colleagues are thankful for her for her accessibility, guidance, and unwavering support.
