David brings 20 years of experience in statewide and regional multimodal transportation planning, policy analysis, performance management, climate change mitigation, and short- and long-range plan project prioritization. Over the last decade, he has managed or supported a diversity of statewide and regional, high-profile planning and policy projects, including multiple examples throughout the mid-Atlantic region, including West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia, as well as in the southeast throughout North Carolina and Georgia.
