A message to our clients:

In a time of uncertainty, I want to assure you that Cambridge Systematics will continue to serve you and deliver exceptional work. This commitment is unwavering despite the evolving landscape caused by the outbreak of Covid-19 Coronavirus.

To protect the welfare of our employees, to meet the needs of our communities by “flattening the curve” of the virus’s spread, and to best serve our clients, we’ve enacted an internal preparedness plan that ensures CS staff can work effectively wherever they are. Our plan anticipates potential scenarios so we can take action quickly and appropriately. No matter how Covid-19 continues to impact us, our goal is to minimize the disruption to our work and partnerships. To meet this goal, we are proactively following these protocols:

  • Working remotely – As a form of social distancing, our staff will work remotely as needed. Our staff will be available during normal business hours through the same means in which we typically communicate.

  • Meetings – We are using technology as much as possible to help keep us in touch with each other and our clients.

  • Self-Quarantines – In accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations, any staff who travels internationally or within a designated high-risk area will be self-quarantined for 14 days. We have made clear to all staff that if they have specific circumstances they need addressed, they have confidential access to our HR Director to meet these needs.

  • Ongoing Monitoring – Our internal Covid-19 Coordination Team works to ensure that CS follows the recommendations of the World Health Organization, CDC and State and local Departments of Health. The team acts nimbly as new guidance is released and efficiently communicates changes with our staff.
