Introducing Our New Principals…
Brent Selby
An accomplished and experienced “jack-of-all trades” modeling expert, Brent joined CS almost 15 years ago. During his tenure, he established a reputation as a national expert in truck data and modeling, laying the foundation for what would become the LOCUS Truck product. In addition, Brent is a preeminent leader in travel survey development and analysis, building strong relationships with clients and teaming partners alike. He is also deeply invested in the growth of his colleagues, known for his thoughtful approach to understand how best to support his team members.
Katie Kirk
Katie has demonstrated over a decade of excellence in multimodal freight planning, grant writing, market feasibility studies, and economic impact analysis. With a sharp acuity for business development, she successfully established our Economics, Finance, and Grants Practice in 2023, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in grant funding for our clients. A key contributor to our Freight and Economics leadership team, Katie manages vital client relationships and stewards some of our most challenging and visible projects. She is also a great example of deliberate and decisive leadership while acting as a tremendous resource and mentor for junior staff and new hires.
Pedro Serigos
Although Pedro has only been with CS for three and a half years, he has had an outsized impact on our team. Tasked with expanding our highway asset management capabilities, he has delivered above and beyond our expectations, positioning CS as an authority in data-driven, implementation-focused asset management. Pedro is known for his consistently strong leadership across multiple years through his exceptional project management, commitment to client satisfaction, and his intentional and hands-on approach to mentoring staff.
Wendy Williamson
Wendy has played an essential role in growing CS’ business since 2002, having delivered hundreds of high-quality proposals in her time. She supported multiple market expansions in Texas, California, and the Pacific Northwest while innovating several key internal initiatives to sharpen our competitive advantage. Wendy excels in her command and understanding of the market with as much vigor as her reliability and dedication to the growth and development of her peers.
Joe Zissman
Having joined CS in 2014, Joe has built a solid reputation as one of CS’ strongest and most disciplined drivers of growth. His astute project management skills and deep understanding of the Northeast region have resulted in substantial outcomes for our clients and for CS. Joe’s attention to detail, ability to meet and exceed client expectations, and commitment to technical excellence are second to none. He is also a frequent mentor to staff across the firm, taking a deliberate and thoughtful approach to creating new opportunities for junior staff to step up and learn new skills.
2025 Marvin L. Manheim Award
Krista Jeannotte
Krista's extraordinary leadership in multiple areas has led to key wins and streamlined business operations for CS. Having joined the firm over 30 years ago, Krista is an institution of technical competence, innovation, and follow-through. Always looking for new ways to help our clients, she took the initiative to develop systematic and forward-thinking grant support solutions, especially for our port clients. Internally, she led efforts to improve the ways that we work together, launching a staffing support platform and setting up our internal grants collaboration system. Through these repeat successes, Krista played a critical role in expanding our outstanding track record of grant wins, enabled us to work together more efficiently, and upheld a culture of excellence within and outside of CS. She is often cited as a source of inspiration among our colleagues. Congratulations, Krista!
Established in 2001, the Marvin L. Manheim Award celebrates the legacy of one of the four original founders of CS, Marvin L. Manheim.
