Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Transportation

November 2015

Cambridge Systematics supported the Georgetown Climate Center in developing this report that analyzes clean transportation policies and resulting benefits and costs for the 11 northeast and mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia. Cambridge Systematics developed a baseline transportation greenhouse gas inventory and forecast for the region, evaluated the GHG reduction potential of a variety of existing and proposed measures, assessed the feasibility of meeting various reduction targets, and modeled the economic benefits to the region of a set of transportation carbon reduction policies.
